Use this notice-and-action form to identify a specific workflow, execution, public template, account, or integration that you believe is unlawful or unsafe. Reports can be submitted without signing in.

Before you submit

  • Provide the exact URL or identifier and explain the facts precisely.
  • Include only evidence you are legally allowed to share.
  • Do not send credentials, tokens, private keys, or executable malware.
  • A contact email is optional, but it lets us request details or communicate an outcome.

This form is not an emergency service. For an immediate threat to life or safety, contact the competent emergency service or law-enforcement authority first.

Submit a report

At least 20 characters. Do not include passwords, access tokens, private keys, or unnecessary personal data.

What happens next

NoriaFlow records the notice, assigns a reference, and reviews it according to the nature, urgency, available evidence, and applicable law. Measures may include requesting more information, limiting or stopping a workflow, restricting an account, removing a public template, preserving relevant evidence, or taking no action where the notice is insufficient or unfounded.

Restrictions are applied as objectively and proportionately as reasonably possible. Affected users may contest a decision by replying to the decision notice or contacting us with the report reference.
