Workflow editor video guides
See the real editor in action. Each short, silent walkthrough includes English captions and a written explanation. You can begin with built-in steps, then connect the services your project needs.

Meet the workflow editor

Start with a trigger
A trigger starts the workflow. Connect its output to another step to describe what happens next. This example uses a manual trigger and built-in steps; a service account is only required when your own workflow uses that service.
Configure a step
Double-click a step to open its settings. Create Value assigns a name to data, such as plan. Later steps can reuse that name. If / Else compares the plan value with pro and chooses the matching branch.
Find your next step
Open Add steps and use the library to find another building block. Arrange steps tidies the graph. Open Problems to review configuration findings before testing.
Explore, then build
The public interactive demo keeps edits in memory. It does not save a workflow or execute provider actions. Sign in to build your own workflow, test representative inputs, and publish when it is ready.
Understand conditions and branches
Follow the True and False paths of an If / Else step and understand how a comparison selects the next action.

Choose a rule
An If / Else step compares a value using a rule such as equals. In this example, Create Value provides plan and the condition checks whether {{plan}} equals pro. The braces reference upstream data; pro is fixed comparison text.
Connect both paths
The condition exposes True and False output ports. Connect each port to its own next step. The result determines which path runs. You can leave a path without an action when no further work is needed on that result.
Test both outcomes
In your own workflow, test an input that passes and an input that fails the condition. Review the execution results before publishing. This silent demonstration shows configuration, without executing a provider action.
Find and fix workflow problems
Use Problems to locate configuration findings, review the relevant field, and prepare a workflow for meaningful tests.

Read the report
Open Problems to review errors, warnings, and hints. Use the severity counters and search to narrow the report. A configuration error, such as a required comparison value, needs attention before the workflow is ready.
Review the relevant step
Open the step identified by the finding. Check its required fields and compare its values with the intended behavior. After a valid change, the configuration report updates.
Validate behavior
A report with no configuration errors does not prove that your credentials, inputs, or external service will work. In your own workflow, test representative inputs and review outputs before publishing.
