A Noria workflow isn't locked to one person. Share it with view or edit access, and work on the same canvas together in real time.
Roles
- Viewer — can open the workflow, watch it run, and inspect node results. Can't change anything.
- Editor — everything a viewer can do, plus editing nodes, saving, and running the workflow.
- Owner — the person who created the workflow. Only the owner can delete it or manage who has access; this can't be reassigned by sharing.
Invite someone
- Open the workflow, then select Share in the top bar (or use the ⋯ menu on the workflow's card in the dashboard).
- Enter their email address and choose Viewer or Editor.
- Share the link Noria generates — there's no automatic invitation email, so send it yourself however you'd normally reach them.
- If they don't have a Noria account yet, the invite waits and is applied the moment they sign up with that email. No re-inviting needed.
Working together in real time
Once someone with edit access opens the same workflow, you're editing together, not taking turns:
- You see each other's cursor and which node is selected, live on the canvas.
- Edits merge at the field level — if you're both working on the same node but different fields, both changes land. Nothing silently overwrites the other person's work.
- If you change someone's role to viewer or remove their access while they're in the editor, it takes effect immediately — their canvas switches to read-only or closes.
Remove or change access
Open Share again from the top bar or the dashboard menu, then update or remove any collaborator's role. Changes apply instantly, even if they're actively editing.
